Dr. Sabreena Andriesz transition into becoming an entrepreneur and business owner was catalyzed by her innate desire to discover her life purpose. One of her many past-times was to attend courses, workshops and retreats to develop herself and her potential.  Ganeshpuri and McLeod Ganj in India, the Catskill Mountain in New York, the Blue Mountains in Australia, and Kopan monastery in Nepal are a few places that Sabreena attributes to catalyzing her life purpose to help people become the best version of themselves. She founded The Conscious Choice in 2001.

Synchronously, Sabreena has devoted the past 20 years to organizational and executive development. Her approach is informed by psychology, eastern and western philosophies, knowledge in behavioral analysis, advanced systems thinking, whole brain technology using unique life changing practices and advanced coaching techniques to facilitate individual and organizations towards successful outcomes. She is also accredited to administer and interpret a wide variety of assessment tools that aim on horizontal and vertical development.

She now collaborates with organizations, alliance partnerships, institutes and universities to offer organizational development and change programs, executive and personal coaching, coaching supervision and mentoring to coaches, customized coaching and mentoring workshops, and custom design programs and facilitation in the areas of leadership development.

Methodology and Integrated Approaches to Coaching

In order to generate sustainable results, Sabreena integrates traditional and contemporary methods towards the personal and professional development of the individual and ultimately the organizations in which they work.

Aspects are drawn from research on leadership development, neuroplasticity and the brains ability to change, psychology, somatic intelligence, influences on normative behavior such as historical imprints, cultural philosophies, quantum physics and advanced systems thinking to enable clients achieve their desired outcomes.


Yasmin Sagadevan

Yasmin Sagadevan’s range of global experience spans change management, strategy, financial management, and operational excellence. She is skilled in managing and developing teams and optimizing processes and efficiencies. Yasmin has held global roles in Accenture, Bank of America and Grubb and Ellis. Central to her expertise is business transformation, and towards this end she leverages her extensive experience in financial management, organizational leadership, personnel development and project & change management. Yasmin graduated with the Presidential Key Executive MBA, focused on leadership and management, from Pepperdine University, U.S.A.

Dennis Heath

Dennis’ background includes many years in sales and management positions in the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific with multinational telecoms manufacturers. During his distinguished sales career, as well as leading successful sales teams, he has managed many complex, multi-national accounts with responsibility for negotiating global, multimillion dollar contracts across thirty-five countries. Companies he has worked for include Pye Telecommunications Ltd, Ascom Timeplex, Newbridge Networks Ltd (now part of Alcatel) and Digiquant. In his last role in the telecoms industry he was Regional Director of Channel Sales – Asia Pacific.
